Nadia and the other staff members were incredibly welcoming and lovely. The price was unbeatable and the location couldn't be better. The homely atmosphere and comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable. Despite the older building, the rooms were spacious and the property had made efforts to renovate. The free coffee and towels were a nice touch, and we appreciated the option for early check-in. We might even return in the summer, but beware that room number 24 lacks black curtains. a great option for budget travelers.

Staff gave us a clean and newly refurbished 6-person room despite us booking a triple, nice sturdy beds and furniture in room. Nice large rooms. Also allowed us to pay in euro. Great location 1 block away from excellent Armenian restaurant.
Location near train station and construction site, so a little lacking in character, but interesting building with other hostels

I really liked the cozy and homely atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration had a classic charm with beautiful antique furniture and traditional artwork on the walls. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax and socialize with other senior guests. Additionally, the hotel had convenient accessibility features such as handrails and ramps, making it easy for senior people like me to move around without any difficulty.
I would have preferred if the children working there could have been more attentive and helpful towards the senior guests. It's important for us to feel valued and respected during our stay, and a little extra care and kindness from the staff would have made my vacation even better.

Very close to city center and bus/train station. Many shops around. All members of staff speak English. There was small kitchen. Was quiet at night. Towels and hairdryer for free.
TV and computers were in the kitchen. No wi-fi. No maps of city center for visitors.

Situation is good, near old city. You can cook yourself in kitchen
Breakfast of the hotel was very expansive for the price, 4.50 €, but cheap for quantity and quality

As young families, we enjoyed the warm welcome and spacious room with bunk beds. The central location made it easy for us to take a DIY walking tour of the city. Free tea and good WiFi were a nice bonus.
Felt fine, no complaint.

I recently stayed at Central Park Rooms for a few nights during my trip to explore the old center. The reception staff, particularly a very kind lady, were perfect and helpful. The location was ideal for starting any walk to the old center or for arriving and departing. The room was wide and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the effort put into renewing the facility, giving it a charming old Soviet-like feel. While there is no real kitchen, free tea was provided and the wifi access was good. a great place to stay with a warm welcome and a perfect location.
I do recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Central Park Rooms. The receptionist, Nadia, made our arrival and stay very comfortable with her detailed messages. The bed linens were clean and the parking space was decent. it was a good value for money. The manager were really good too accommodate our needs and find us a quieter room. The central location was convenient and easy to reach. Despite some minor drawbacks, the hostel provided a satisfactory experience. I would highly recommend this hostel for a budget-friendly and convenient stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, with great value for money and a comfortable room. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the train station and a short walk to the old town. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and even giving us tips on how to get to Jūrmala by train. The place was sparkling clean and we really felt taken care of. If we ever visit again, we'll definitely choose this hotel.
The breakfast could have been better with more variety in the options.
